INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp olive oil
1Â onion, finely diced
1Â carrot, finely diced
1Â celery stick, finely diced
1Â garlic clove, minced
300g vegan mince or lentils
1 tbsp Moroccan spice blend
1 tbsp tomato paste
400g canned chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup red wine
2 tsp sea salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp sugar
220g pasta (spaghetti)
Moroccan Spice Blend
1 tbsp each: cumin, coriander, garlic powder, paprika, allspice
1 tsp each: nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt
1 tbsp brown sugar
DIRECTIONS
