Bongo Hospitality initiates a diverse portfolio established to manage projects and products in the field of hospitality. Founded by Victor Bongo and Mack Benz, two lifelong hospitality industry professionals.
Established in 2023 as a new endeavor to marry all of our previously created brands under one umbrella. We are (at the core) a Master Chef (award winning, internationally renowned), and a Master Bartender (award winning, certified).
We have a network of industry professionals around the globe depending on the needs of the client.

FROM THE CONGO
Chef Victor Bongo, is a highly decorated Canadian Chef. Originally, hailing from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, he incorporates his African roots, philanthropy and education in all facets of his cooking and hospitality knowledge.
Chef Bongo’s cooking style can be described as global fusion, he
creates cuisine that incorporates sociocultural trends and he sources local ingredients from the farm to table. He utilizes years of international experience to craft exquisite dishes that will leave you speechless.
Chef Bongo cares deeply for his philanthropic endeavors having been a contributor to various non-profit organizations throughout the world, part of his proceeds of various sales of products go to support his orphange in Africa and other local community initiatives.
